VX2000 Hydroseeder
2000L · 500sqm per load · paddle agitation · wood fibre, paper and pourable
VIEWVortec builds hydroseeders for civil contractors, landscapers and earthmoving crews who need vegetation established and erosion controlled on their own schedule. Every machine is designed and manufactured in Australia to meet stringent safety and quality standards, so batter slopes, roadside verges, subdivisions and rehabilitation areas can be seeded in-house instead of waiting on a hydroseeding contractor.
We’re on a mission to help landscapers and contractors ‘Control Erosion Effectively’ with ‘World-Class Hydroseeders & Erosion Control Systems’.
Two agitation systems, seven configurations, skid or trailer mounted. Choose a VX-Series paddle-agitated hydroseeder if your specification calls for wood fibre mulch, BFMs or FGMs. Choose a VR-Series jet-agitated hydroseeder if you are applying paper and pourable mulches. Every unit is available in skid or trailer configuration, and all trailers are ADR compliant and approved for registration and use on all Australian roads.

Hydroseeding involves planting seeds through the application of a water-based slurry comprising seeds, mulch, fertilizer, and additional soil additives, which is sprayed over prepared soil. This method stands out as the most efficient approach for planning purposes, especially for projects beyond small-scale seeding applications. The notable efficiency of hydroseeding lies in its ability to integrate all essential elements for rapid and healthy seed germination within a single, highly effective application. Learn More
