Vortec Global (ABN 23 645 744 494) (“Promoter”).
- Promotion Period
21 October 2026 00:00 AEST until 30 November 2026 23:59 AEST (“Promotion Period”).
- Eligibility
Entry is open to all customers of the Promoter who make a purchase of one or more products or upgrades during the Promotion Period.
To qualify, your total spend must exceed AUD $1,000 (excluding GST, shipping and any applicable taxes).
For every AUD $1,000 you spend (excluding GST, shipping and any applicable taxes), you will receive one (1) ticket in the draw.
Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible (unless otherwise permitted).
The customer must be a valid legal entity or individual in Australia and must not be in breach of any account terms with the Promoter. This promotion is open to Australian customers only.
- Entry into Draw
Every AUD $1,000 (ex GST) spent with the Promoter during the Promotion Period entitles the customer to one (1) entry into the draw (unless otherwise specified). The more you spend, the higher your chance of winning.
Entries will be recorded by the Promoter. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their purchase is correctly logged and that the Promoter has their receipt or invoice details.
- Prize
One (1) prize: a 2026 Sea-Doo Spark Trixx 3UP personal watercraft, supplied with a trailer and a Bluetooth speaker (the “Prize”), with an approximate value of AUD $16,000.
The Prize is as shown. It is not convertible to cash except at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
The winner is responsible for any additional costs, including but not limited to transport, registration, insurance, maintenance, licencing and other incidentals, unless stated otherwise by the Promoter.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances require.
- Winner Draw and Notification
The draw will take place on or shortly after 1 December 2026 at the Promoter’s office in Toowoomba, QLD.
The winner will be notified by phone within fourteen (14) days of the draw, and the winner will be announced on the Promoter’s social media channels.
If the winner cannot be contacted within thirty (30) days of the first attempt, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw at its discretion.
The winner’s name may be published on the Promoter’s website and social media channels. Entry into the draw constitutes consent to such publication.
- General Conditions
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry which the Promoter determines (in its sole discretion) to be illegible, incomplete, altered, forged or tampered with, or otherwise not in accordance with these terms.
The Promoter may cancel or modify the promotion at any time (including if fraud, misconduct or technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the promotion) and will provide reasonable notice where possible.
By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to the Promoter using their name, likeness and image for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter limits its liability for any loss or damage arising from the promotion or use of the Prize.
- Privacy
By entering, entrants agree that the Promoter may collect and use their personal information for the purposes of conducting this promotion, including identifying and notifying the winner. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy.
- Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
- Internal Approval Requirement
Acceptance of the Prize is conditional upon the purchaser obtaining all necessary internal approvals from the company, employer or organisation they represent. The Promoter reserves the right to request written confirmation of such approval prior to Prize acceptance or fulfilment. If required approvals are not obtained, are withdrawn, or cannot be reasonably verified, the Prize may be forfeited at the Promoter’s discretion, with no compensation, substitution or liability incurred by the Promoter.
- Collection
The jetski is available for collection by the winner only after full payment of all goods purchased has been received and cleared in full. No release, handover or collection of the jetski will occur until all outstanding amounts owing to the Promoter have been paid in full. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for delays in collection arising from incomplete, pending or failed payments.
