Vortec Global “Spend $1,000+ → Win a Boat” Promotion

  1. Promoter: Vortec Global (ABN 23 645 744 494) (“Promoter”).
  2. Promotion Period: 18 November 2025 00:00 AEST until 18 December 2025 23:59 AEST (“Promotion Period”).
  3. Eligibility:
    • Entry is open to all customers of the Promoter who make a purchase of one or more products or upgrades during the Promotion Period.
    • To qualify, your total spend must exceed AUD $1,000 (excluding GST, shipping and any applicable taxes).
    • For every $1000 (excluding GST, shipping and any applicable taxes). You spend you will receive a ticket. 
    • Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible (unless otherwise permitted).
    • The customer must be a valid legal entity or individual in Australia and must not be in breach of any account terms with the Promoter.
  4. Entry into Draw:
    • For every AUD $1,000 (ex GST) spend with the Promoter during the Promotion Period entitles the customer to one (1) entry into the draw (unless otherwise specified). The more you spend the higher your chance of winning!
    • Entries will be recorded by the Promoter; it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure purchase is correctly logged and the Promoter has receipt/invoice details.
  5. Prize:
    • One (1) prize: A Stacer 379 Proline boat fitted with a 15 hp Mercury engine (the “Prize”).
    • Prize is as shown; no convertibility to cash except at Promoter’s sole discretion.
    • The winner is responsible for any additional costs, including but not limited to transport, registration, insurance, maintenance, licencing, and other incidentals unless stated otherwise by Promoter.
    • The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances require.
  6. Winner Draw & Notification:
    • The draw will take place on or shortly after 19 December 2025 at Promoter’s office in Toowoomba, QLD.
    • The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within fourteen (14) days of the draw.
    • If the winner cannot be contacted within thirty (30) days of the first attempt, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw at its discretion.
    • The winner’s name may be published on the Promoter’s website and social media channels. Entry into the draw constitutes consent to such publication.
  7. General Conditions:
    • The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry which the Promoter determines (in its sole discretion) to be illegible, incomplete, altered, forged or tampered with, or otherwise not in accordance with these terms.
    • The Promoter may cancel or modify the promotion at any time (including if fraud, misconduct or technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the promotion) and will provide reasonable notice where possible.
    • By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to the Promoter using their name, likeness and image for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
    • To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter limits its liability for any loss or damage arising from the promotion or use of the Prize.
  8. Privacy:
    • By entering, entrants agree that the Promoter may collect and use their personal information for the purposes of conducting this promotion, including identifying and notifying the winner. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy.
  9. Governing Law:
    • These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
