The VX2000 is ideal for erosion control and revegetation on large embankments, mine site rehabilitation projects, commercial landscaping projects, new subdivisions and roadside seeding.
Designed specifically to suit Australian and New Zealand conditions, the VX2000 Paddle-Agitated hydroseeder is operated from the Left-Hand side. This makes for safe operation on roadsides and general traffic areas.
The VORTEC VX2000 Hydroseeder is a high-performance paddle-agitated Hydroseeder designed to mix and apply even the thickest slurries of Hydromulch. Wood Fibre mulch, BFM’s, FGM’s, paper mulch and granular mulches can all be mixed and sprayed with the VX2000.
Due to an innovative design, the VX2000 is the most productive and efficient hydroseeders in its class. The tank on the VX2000 is constructed from thick-wall poly, this is lightweight, durable and eliminates risk of tank corrosion. The floor of the VX2000 slopes thus allowing 99% of the slurry to be drained from the tank with ease. The large integrated bale tray provides sufficient space for preparing and loading bales for mixing.
Mixing is very quick and even, thanks to a high-speed Paddle-Agitation system. The paddles on the VX2000 are designed to break and then evenly mix hydromulch bales throughout the tank. A bi-directional design means that seed and fertiliser are also mixed evenly throughout the tank.
The 2” Gear pump provides and maintains high pressure. It is capable of pumping thick slurries of Hydromulch through long lengths of hose.
The innovative VORTEC VX2000 Drive system maximises engine output with extremely minimal power loss to both the pump and agitator. It is a low-maintenance system which maximises uptime!
