What is Hydroseeding?
Hydroseeding is the spray-on application of a slurry containing mulch, seed, fertiliser, soil amendments and dye. Hydroseeding is used to develop lawns and re-vegetate areas.
Hydroseeding is a one step application. The VORTEC systems allow a single operator to hydroseed efficiently. The mulch, seed, fertiliser and dye are mixed and applied in a one-step application. Hillsides, banks and other irregular areas that can be a problem with other seeding methods are also very easy to complete with a VORTEC Hydroseeder.
